Terms of service

Last updated October 19, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and PlayMontage for the Arrow Go mobile app and this website. By downloading or playing Arrow Go, or by using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or the site.

The app

Arrow Go is a single-player puzzle. You tap arrows that have a clear path so they leave the board. The app does not require an account, and you can play a level without buying anything. You can play offline. Features, levels, and difficulty may change as we update the game.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Arrow Go on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app or its puzzles, art, audio, or other content, except where the law does not allow this restriction.

Your device and progress

Progress and settings are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data can erase that progress. We cannot restore a saved game, because we do not keep a copy.

Advertising

The app may display advertisements from third-party partners. Ads are not part of the puzzle. We do not control their content, and tapping an ad may open another app or website. Loading ads needs a network connection. Advertising partners handle information as described in the privacy policy.

In-app purchases

The app may offer optional digital items, such as hints, extra lives, or removing ads. The price is shown before you confirm. Apple or Google bills the purchase to the store account on the device, under that store’s payment terms. A network connection is needed to buy. We do not receive your card number.

A purchase is a license to use that item in Arrow Go, not a sale of the app. Items that are used up, such as a hint, are not restored after they are spent. Items that unlock a feature can be restored through the same Apple or Google account. Uninstalling the app can remove the local record of what you own until the store restores it.

Refunds are handled by the store that charged you. We cannot reverse a charge ourselves. Store prices can change, and a purchase may not be available in every country.

Stores

If you download Arrow Go from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to that store’s terms. The store is not responsible for the app or these terms. Payments for optional items are processed by the store, as described above.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app or this site in a way that breaks the law
  • Interfere with the app, attempt to extract its level data for redistribution, or bypass technical limits
  • Use the PlayMontage or Arrow Go name in a way that suggests we endorse you

Intellectual property

Arrow Go, including its name, puzzles, visuals, and audio, belongs to PlayMontage or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

Disclaimer

The app and this website are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Puzzle progress can be lost if the app is removed or its local files are deleted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PlayMontage is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost progress, arising from your use of Arrow Go or this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim. If you downloaded the app for free, that amount is zero. Some places do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms. We may also stop offering the app.
