Privacy policy
Last updated October 19, 2026
This policy describes how PlayMontage (“we”) handles information in Arrow Go, the mobile puzzle game for iOS and Android (package and bundle identifier com.playmontage.arrowgo). Arrow Go is a single-player game. It does not ask you to create an account, and it can be played offline.
Information stored on your device
The app keeps a small amount of game data in files on your device so you can pick up where you left off. That data stays on the device. We do not receive it, and it is not sent to a server we operate. It includes:
- Campaign progress, such as the current level, cleared arrows, lives, and hints used
- Settings, such as music volume, sound-effect volume, vibration, and whether the opening demo has been finished
The app may read your device language so it can show text in a supported language. That choice is used on the device and is not sent to us.
Advertising
Arrow Go may show advertisements from third-party advertising partners. Your puzzle progress is not sent to those partners and is not used to build an advertising profile. A network connection is needed to load ads. Playing a level does not require one.
When ads are shown, advertising partners may collect and use:
- An advertising identifier, such as Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers or the Google Advertising ID
- IP address, and a coarse location derived from it
- Device and app details, such as model, operating system, language, and screen size
- Which ads are shown and whether you interact with them
Partners use this information to deliver ads, limit how often an ad is shown, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Where you allow it and the law permits it, they may also use it to show ads that are more relevant to you. Their own privacy policies govern that use. We do not sell personal information.
You can limit ad personalization on your device. On iPhone, use Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising. On Android, use Settings → Privacy → Ads. In regions that require a choice, such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we will ask before personalized advertising where the law requires it. If you decline, you may still see ads that are not based on your interests.
We do not control the content of third-party ads. Opening an ad may take you to another app or website, which has its own terms and privacy policy.
In-app purchases
Arrow Go may offer optional digital items, such as hints, extra lives, or removing ads. You can play without buying anything. Purchases are billed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play, not by us. We do not receive your card number or full payment details.
To deliver what you bought, the store may share a limited purchase record with the app, such as the product, a transaction identifier, and whether the purchase succeeded. The app can save which items are unlocked in a file on your device, the same way it saves progress. That record stays on the device. We do not run an account you can sign into, so restoring a purchase uses the Apple or Google account that paid for it.
Apple and Google keep the payment and purchase history under their own privacy policies. Refunds are requested from the store that billed you.
Information we do not collect
PlayMontage does not:
- Ask for your name, email address, phone number, or other contact details
- Create a user account or require a login
- Receive your payment card number
- Run a separate analytics or crash-reporting service of our own
- Sell personal information
App stores
If you download Arrow Go from Apple’s App Store or Google Play, those companies process information under their own privacy policies, such as your store account, download history, and payments. We do not receive your store login or payment card details.
Children
Arrow Go is a general-audience game. It has no accounts, no chat, and no social features. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Advertising in the app follows the age-rating rules of the App Store and Google Play, including limits on personalized ads where those rules require them. Parents can limit ad tracking in the device settings described above. Optional purchases are approved and billed through the parent’s Apple or Google account, using that store’s purchase controls.
Retention and deletion
Game progress and settings remain on your device until you clear the app’s data or uninstall Arrow Go. Uninstalling the app removes that local data. We do not keep a copy. Information collected by an advertising partner is kept under that partner’s policy. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in the device settings above.
